With 30 years of industry experience, Jodi Taitt, is a pioneer in the field of waste diversion. Prior to consulting, Jodi was the State Recycling Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Administration’s Resource Recovery Office. There she worked with teams of recycling coordinators, contractors and vendors to develop recycling programs for over 280 state agency locations; presided over the first State Capitol Complex waste composition studies; and managed the establishment of the State Recycling Center, which processed and marketed recyclables generated by Minnesota state agencies for 20 years.
Jodi has a vast knowledge of designing and implementing waste diversion systems in all types of commercial buildings including loading dock and building space design and best practices materials transfer systems supported by financial analysis, strategic planning and standard operating procedures. Jodi is an economist and understands the relationship between fixed costs and profit and has had countless success using waste prevention, reuse, recycling and organic waste management strategies as tools to help businesses and organizations increase efficiencies and decrease costs. She has been trusted by hundreds of organizations to manage their solid waste management needs, and her solutions always support the bottom line. Her overall knowledge combined with top of the line industry experience and impact is part of what makes EcoConsilium a standout within the solid waste management industry.
Jodi is a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor certified by Green Business Certification, Inc., and received a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Recycling Association of Minnesota and is a founding board member and secretary of the Meadow Lake Watershed Association, which she helped establish in 2005.

Libbie Krussow enriches EcoConsilium with over 20 years of operations and marketing experience for professional service firms. As Program Manager, she provides steady, clear leadership that keeps EcoConsilium aligned, coherent, and moving forward. She is a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy contributor who jumps in and rolls up her sleeves wherever help is needed. Libbie updates and maintains the company website, spearheads the ongoing design and development of the organization’s project management system and creates content for a variety of documents including proposals, social media posts, reports, and presentations. Her eagle eye is invaluable for catching errors and ensuring brand consistency.
Libbie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota’s Lasallian Honors Program. She is an Assistant Scout Master for Administration with her local troop and volunteers regularly with Feed My Starving Children and her local food shelf. In her spare time, she enjoys playing cards and board games with friends and family.
Michael Stoick brings to EcoConsilium more than 15 years of experience advancing waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and organics recovery programs across government, nonprofit, education, and private sectors. Michael focuses on equipping clients with the knowledge and tools they need to reach their waste diversion objectives, reduce their carbon footprint, and contribute to a sustainable, green economy. His work centers on planning, budgeting, and executing waste diversion programs through education and training sessions. He engages stakeholders, gathers input, and fosters collaboration to effectively troubleshoot and solve challenges.
In addition to his consulting work, Michael helps communities host low-waste events using reusable service systems and circular approaches to event management. He was honored with the Capital Region Watershed District’s Citizen of the Year Award for environmental leadership and community impact. Outside of work, he enjoys running and biking with his family and growing fresh produce in his garden.
Andrea Hayft brings to EcoConsilium over 20 years of experience in project management, communications, systems analysis, and organizational design. She provides project support through developing and maintaining workflow systems and data management strategies. In addition, she focuses on special projects that require a high level of precision and follow-through. Andrea thrives at transforming complexity into clarity, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and every piece of information finds its place.
Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. Olaf College. She is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and routinely speaks to groups on paper organization, time management and how to un-complicate your life. Andrea has volunteered for Women Achieving New Directions, Twin Cities Film Fest, and Laura Jeffrey Academy.
